IGP Time
It's IGP time. IGP's are individual graduation plans. During an IGP meeting, you and your parent discuss your plans after graduation, choose courses for the following school year, and select courses that will compliment your cluster/major of interest. Your Guidance Counselor will also discuss your SAT/ACT and PLAN/PSAT results. Expect to receive a letter with your IGP date/time in the mail soon.

IGP's in Progress
The IGP (individual graduation plan) is a plan that is established by the student, parent and Guidance Counselor. At the meeting, the student's educational plans, career goals and other pertinent information are discussed. Students in tenth grade declare a major. Registration cards are reviewed and students choose courses that they plan to take while in high school. Every student at Landrum High School has an IGP meeting. All parents are encouraged to attend. Mrs. Cardell and Ms. McCrimmon are currently in the process of holding IGP meetings. You will receive a letter with your child's date/time for their IGP meeting soon.

IGP's in progress
Counselors are currently meeting with all current 9th, 10th and 11th grade students to discuss their individual graduation plans (IGP). At this meeting, Guidance Counselors discuss course requirements for graduation and assist students with choosing courses that will help them meet their educational goals - whether it is military, two year technical school, four year college, or the work force. Results from career tests, PLAN, and PSAT are interpreted and discussed, as well. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend. All parents and guardians will receive a letter in the mail with the date and time of the meeting. Meeting times and dates can be changed if necessary. Parents need to contact the Guidance Department to choose a more convenient time to meet.
